We're partnering with a leading global financial services organisation embarking on an exciting AI transformation programme across its Compliance function. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how AI is embedded within a highly regulated environment, delivering innovative solutions that enhance regulatory oversight, streamline operations and influence the future of Compliance.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of AI transformation initiatives across Compliance
- Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI and intelligent automation
- Redesign processes to improve efficiency, controls and decision‑making
- Drive AI adoption while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Technology and Operations to deliver strategic change
- ou5+ years' experience delivering AI, digital or business transformation initiative
- s.Hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering and workflow automatio
- Strong business analysis, process improvement and stakeholder management skill
- s.Knowledge of AI governance, model risk and financial services regulation is highly desirabl
