Digital Learning Lead

Responsibilities

As a Digital Learning Lead, you’ll be responsible for the design and delivery of learning content for our Learning Management System and for creating digital content that supports the learning needs across the organisation. You’ll translate content into online learning solutions and manage our external eLearning platform through proactive curation, engagement building and analysis.

• Good understanding of technology and knowledge of a broad range of digital tools including blogs, articles, infographics, videos, eLearning design options, and more. Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Learning & development qualification and/or a solid grasp of adult learning principles. Knowledge of a wide range of learning formats such as social learning, games, and simulations. Enjoy storyboarding and translating ideas into solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects and designing and delivering learning skills training. Multi‑sector experience working with various staff groups and skill levels.
• Expertise in integrating and administering digital content platforms within an LMS environment would be beneficial.
• Organised, able to plan and prioritise work, and responsive to emerging needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly for different audiences.
• Line management responsibility.

Please note this is a fixed‑term contract covering family leave until June 2027. This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London office. Thursday is our team office day.
