We're partnering with a leading innovation and technology consultancy seeking an experienced D365 CE Architect to help shape and deliver complex digital transformation programmes across a range of enterprise clients.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business consulting and technology, helping organisations reimagine customer engagement, modernise legacy platforms, and unlock greater value from the Microsoft ecosystem.
Your Role- Defining solution strategy, architecture standards, and delivery approaches
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions
- Providing technical leadership across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure-based integrations
- Supporting multidisciplinary teams throughout the full project lifecycle
- Contributing to innovation initiatives and the adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies
- Strong experience architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience designing enterprise-scale integrations and solution architectures
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A consultative mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes
- Experience operating within complex transformation or consulting environments
- Work on high-profile enterprise transformation programmes
- Influence strategic technology decisions, not just delivery
- Exposure to a broad range of industries and business challenges
- Strong emphasis on innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning
