This role is focused on execution, enablement, and changing how AI is delivered in practice. • Stakeholder management of multiple partnerships AM to keep them up to date and engagement with analytics.
Delivery
  • Design, build, and deploy AI solutions into production using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Own the last mile from business problem to operational capability.
  • Ensure solutions are production‑ready, monitored, and iterated post‑deployment.
  • Apply AI to augment, automate, and scale analytics workflows, insights generation, and decision support.
Enablement
  • Establish repeatable AI deployment patterns and standards.
  • Coach and enable others across the organisation.
Core Technology Stack
  • Power Automate
Table Stakes
  • Strong SQL skills for investigation and analysis

  • Power BI and/or Tableau support and development
  • Experience working with dbt (data build tool)
  • Ability to investigate and resolve data issues end‑to‑end
What Success Looks Like

Within 12–14 months, this role will have changed the operating model for analytics and AI within Partnerships, delivered multiple production AI capabilities in Fabric, and enabled wider adoption across the EU business.
