*** Monitor and track adoption and usage of AI tools across the firm, working with available analytics and reporting dashboards.
* Produce regular reports on key metrics including user engagement, adoption rates by practice group, and usage trends.
* Identify patterns and insights from usage data to inform strategy and highlight areas requiring additional support or intervention.

** Communications and engagement
*** Develop and distribute regular communications to keep the firm informed about AI developments, new features, tips and best practices.
* Manage content for internal AI-related channels, including intranet pages, newsletters and collaboration platforms.
* Support the organisation of AI-related events, lunch-and-learns and drop-in sessions.

* Assist with vendor liaison and coordination.
* Maintain organised records of AI projects, initiatives and key documentation.
* Support the management of feedback channels, collating and summarising input from lawyers on AI tools and their experiences.
** Continuous improvement
