Red Team Engineer - South East

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

• We have a background in penetration testing or offensive security, with a growing interest in red teaming specifically.
• We have solid foundations in Active Directory and at least one cloud environment, with Azure preferred.
• We learn independently by reading research, following threat actors, and running labs.
• We have clear written and verbal communication skills, as we will be client-facing.
• We have a genuine passion for offensive security, not just a job title change.
• Nice to have: we are working toward CRTO or CCRTS, or already hold one of these certifications.
• Nice to have: we have personal projects, blogs, tools, or CTF history that show our commitment.
• Nice to have: we have exposure to C2 frameworks or basic evasion techniques.

• We support and contribute to end-to-end red team engagements across enterprise and hybrid environments.
• We take ownership of our work while developing our skills with support from an experienced technical lead.
• We contribute to attack path design and threat scenario planning.
• We deliver hands‑on technical work across Active Directory, Azure, M365, and cloud platforms.
• We support phishing and social engineering campaigns.
• We help produce clear, accurate reporting that tells a real attacker story.
• We learn how engagements are scoped, structured, and presented to clients.

We are offering a focused red teaming role for someone early in their adversary simulation journey who wants to build a career in intelligence‑led offensive security. You will work alongside an experienced Technical Director and receive structured exposure to complex engagements from day one. This role is designed to help you develop the skills that matter most in red teaming across enterprise and hybrid environments.
