, you'll play a pivotal role in driving complex Guidewire implementations and ensuring the successful delivery of critical business transformation programmes.

As a trusted delivery leader, you will:

• Lead end-to-end delivery and release management of large-scale Guidewire Insurance Suite programmes.
• Drive successful implementations across Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center
  , and associated integrations.
• Define and manage release schedules, deployment strategies, cutover plans, and risk management processes.
• Partner with client executives, business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure programme success.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, change control processes, and release management best practices.
• Champion Agile, Dev Ops, and continuous delivery principles to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Support cloud migrations, platform modernisation initiatives, and Guidewire upgrades.
• Act as the senior escalation point for programme delivery, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing delivery teams across multiple work streams and locations.

We're seeking a confident and accomplished delivery leader with:

• Proven expertise across Guidewire Insurance Suite, including Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), integrations, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience managing release planning, environments, cutover activities, and programme governance.
• A strong understanding of Agile delivery, SAFe, Dev Ops, and CI/CD practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior client leaders.
• Experience with in the London Market or commercial insurance sector would be highly beneficial.

This role offers a hybrid working model; however, flexibility and mobility are essential. You will be expected to spend time at client sites and Accenture locations as required to support successful programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
