EFI Group is seeking a proactive Service Desk Technician to join the Service Desk Team in London. You will monitor tickets from receipt to resolution, provide timely responses, and work with the Service Desk Manager to identify service improvements.
You will maintain knowledge of EFI’s technology estate, collaborate across groups, and deliver a high-quality, reliable service to staff and stakeholders, supporting young people and colleagues in a digital environment.
