Overview
Senior Analyst - Planning, Allocation & Pricing Systems – London, UK (Hybrid). Global scope supporting Capri Holdings’ Planning, Allocation, and Pricing technology platforms. Role sits in a global team and reports to the Manager, Planning & Allocation Systems, with alignment to the Director, Planning & Allocation Systems.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day system support for planning and pricing platforms including Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning (EP), Blue Yonder Advanced Allocation (AAL), Zebra Lifecycle Pricing (LCP), and Foresight Retail Assortment Planning. Act as the primary point of contact for system incidents, defects, and user queries.
- Manage and prioritise tickets across internal teams and external vendors to ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity across global environments.
- Own and manage a backlog of enhancements; translate business requirements into functional specifications; support testing (SIT/UAT), releases, and deployment of changes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve automation, and enhance user experience.
- Play a key role in the global implementation of a new Allocation platform (replacing Blue Yonder AAL); support solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, data migration, integrations, and cutover activities.
- Partner with business teams to define and validate future-state allocation processes; ensure solutions work across markets and provide guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
- Support training, documentation, and change adoption; drive business readiness for new platforms; ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to future solutions.
- Support data flows between Planning, Allocation, Pricing, and downstream systems (e.g., ERP, BI); troubleshoot data issues and contribute to data quality, visibility, and reporting.
- Contribute to governance, documentation, and adherence to release and testing standards; support audit, compliance, and operational controls.
- Essential:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related field; 5+ years’ experience in retail systems, planning, allocation, or pricing technology; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience working with global stakeholders across regions; ability to translate business requirements into system solutions; experience with third-party vendors and support teams; strong foundation in systems analysis, business process design, and data handling. - Preferred:
Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder or similar platforms; experience supporting large-scale system implementations or rollouts; experience with allocation systems or supply chain planning tools; understanding of merchandising, inventory, and allocation processes; exposure to pricing or assortment planning tools; familiarity with data tools and analysis (SQL, Power BI, or similar). - Certifications (Desirable): ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner), PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, cloud or data platform certifications (Azure, AWS) – optional but valuable for data/AI direction.
London, UK (Hybrid). Occasional international travel required to support workshops, implementations, and go-live activities.
