• Lead and develop a team of Dev Ops Engineers, embedding best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Develop scripts, services, and CI/CD pipelines to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and mentoring throughout project life cycles, ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support pre-sales activities by translating technical requirements into effective solutions.

• Proven experience in a Lead or Senior Dev Ops role within secure, enterprise-scale environments, with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, including Ansible and Terraform, alongside scripting in Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, container technologies (such as Kubernetes), and Microsoft and Linux infrastructure.
• Active eDV (Enhanced Developed Vetting) security clearance, with excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to delivering automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience with Git Lab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Tanzu, or other container orchestration technologies.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise automation best practices.
• Knowledge of network security, TCP/IP networking, and the design of secure, highly available systems.
• Experience working across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, with the ability to contribute to technical solution design and documentation.
