We're partnering with a leading name in global B2B events, looking for a UX Designer to own the end-to-end delegate, exhibitor, and internal experience across a multi-platform digital ecosystem — registration, event apps, websites, onsite tech, and internal tools.

A high-impact, fast-turnaround contract where you'll design a unified journey from first touchpoint to post-event engagement, with an immediate focus on simplifying registration and improving conversion.

• Own and design end-to-end delegate/visitor UX across multiple platforms
• Simplify registration flows to drive conversion
• Map customer journeys and service blueprints
• Build high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts fast
• Run user research and usability testing
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Ops
• Contribute to the design system as you go

• Proven UX Designer with experience across complex, multi-platform ecosystems
• Strong portfolio: research through to high-fidelity prototyping
• Comfortable owning registration/conversion-critical flow
• Nice to have: events, marketplaces, SaaS, or CRM/registration platform experience
