Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership
- Acting as the senior escalation point for network-related issues
- Leading major incidents through to resolution
- Supporting complex troubleshooting across customer environments
- Driving technical standards and best practice
- Team & Operations
- Mentoring and supporting network engineers
- Improving processes, documentation, and operational visibility
- Assisting with workload planning and prioritisation
- Helping build structure and consistency across the team
- Customer Engagement
- Working closely with customers to understand challenges and requirements
- Identifying technical risks and improvement opportunities
- Supporting network lifecycle planning and upgrades
- Providing technical guidance and consultation
- Project Delivery
- Leading network upgrades, migrations, and refresh projects
- Supporting solution design and technical decision making
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard
- Working closely with service desk and project teams
