Spherica is seeking a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join our remote operations team with travel to client sites as needed. The role supports day-to-day Infrastructure, Network and Security management within a dynamic 24/7 service model.
You will work on a DuPont shift pattern (Day/Night, 12-hour shifts) under a rolling 4-week rota to ensure uninterrupted client coverage. The ideal candidate has strong IT infrastructure, networking, security knowledge and hands-on firewall experience.
