Job Title: Scrum Master – Data & Cloud Transformation

Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Freelance (Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)

Location: London (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to support a large-scale data transformation programme, driving Agile delivery across cloud-based data platforms.

• Coach cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, PMs) on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and scaled Agile events (Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives, workshops, value stream mapping)
• Drive Agile maturity, ensuring effective feedback loops, psychological safety, and high-performing teams
• Align team-level delivery with wider programme strategy and cadence
• Track and report delivery metrics (e.g. Jira reporting, Lean/Kanban indicators, planned vs earned value)
• Identify and elevate risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams
• Contribute to Agile Community of Practice and transformation initiatives

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Lean environments
• Proven coaching and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira) and delivery metrics
• Knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD, and full product lifecycle (design through to deployment)

• Experience with Databricks and cloud data platforms
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM I/II/III, CSP, CTC)
• Exposure to Oil & Gas or large enterprise transformation programmes
