The Opportunity

QBE Europe is recruiting a Business Analysis Manager to join our team on a full time, permanent basis focusing on our Inwards Re-Insurance business.

As a Business Analysis Manager, you’ll manage and mentor a team of analysts while acting as the vital link between business and IT. You’ll shape strategy, drive agile delivery, and lead process and systems analysis to unlock value across the organisation. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic roadmaps, deliver meaningful change, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and industry experts alike.

Manage a team of Business Analysts providing coaching and mentoring

  • Act as the interface between business and IT teams to provide analysis support, building domain expertise to support your aligned business unit in shaping their strategy

Lead in an agile working environment, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and flexibility

  • Specialise in process, business, or systems analysis to identify gaps and define or redesign processes


Manage essential process documentation and project implementation by collaborating with business partners.

Drive overall improvement in the quality of analysis outputs

  • Build relationships with industry experts and stakeholders to align solutions with business and IT strategy

Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure objectives are met

  • Communicate updates and changes in the IT strategy to all business stakeholders

Proven experience of interpreting business strategy and translating this into IT strategy

  • Significant business analysis experience, including managing multiple projects and complex projects using various delivery methodologies

Some experience in a similar tech service environment within related industries

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, agile, collaborative environment
