The Opportunity

As the Marketing Analyst you will be delivering actionable and increasingly strategic insight across marketing, including channels, content, platforms and broader performance drivers. As part of the Marketing team you are a highly driven, results‑focused analyst with a strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing practices. Working in a global role you will work collaboratively across the department, contributing to strategy, advising stakeholders on performance and measurement approaches, and maximising efficiency of processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with channel owners, marketing managers and department heads to deliver insight and performance analysis that supports optimisation and decision‑making across marketing activities.
  • Support and enhance measurement approaches, advising stakeholders on frameworks that improve performance understanding and align with business and marketing objectives.
  • Deliver regular reporting and analysis that provides clear visibility of performance and supports decision‑making, including outputs used by senior leadership audience.
  • Design and improve self‑service solutions, delivering scalable data visualisation and dashboarding to reduce reliance on manual reporting.
  • Act as a key resource for data interpretation, supporting and upskilling stakeholders in analytics tools and best practice.
  • Optimise marketing systems to improve data capture and usability, including Google Analytics, GTM, Power BI and Infinity.
  • Encourage adoption of tools and best practice, facilitating self‑service where possible.
  • Contribute to the development, optimisation and day‑to‑day usage of marketing datasets, improving accessibility, reliability and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies, improving data quality.
  • Evolve measurement approaches and measurement frameworks, including KPIs, to improve understanding of marketing performance and support business objectives.
  • Apply robust analytical methodologies to evaluate performance, test hypotheses, and answer business questions.
  • Lead analytical deep‑dives into customer, channel and market.

We ask that employees are office‑based for a minimum of 3 days per week.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

You’ll bring a marketing or digital background combined with strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for uncovering insights. Comfortable working with large and complex data sets, you’ll be confident interpreting performance metrics, identifying trends, and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that help drive marketing effectiveness and business growth.

Additional Experience Required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to apply appropriate statistical and analytical techniques to business problems.
  • Advanced experience working with large and complex datasets, including data transformation and optimisation.
  • Experience applying a range of analytical methodologies, selecting appropriate approaches to answer business questions.
  • Data visualisation tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and design robust analytical approaches.
