Location: Greater London
Ofcom, the UK's communications regulator, is seeking a Tech Hub Support Analyst to provide hands‑on ICT support across London HQ and regional offices. You will resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, and champion a positive ICT experience while collaborating with Service Management and Programme Delivery teams.
The role requires frontline ICT support experience, Level3 ICT apprenticeship or equivalent, and knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, and ITIL processes.
