As a Brand & Digital Designer at , you will define our visual identity across all platforms. You’ll manage everything from high-conversion marketing sites and sales enablement tools to social content. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who enjoys diverse projects and wants to shape a brand scaling within the AI space.

• Own the entire visual identity of a fast-scaling AI-powered BenefitOS platform with a direct seat at the decision-making table.
• Join a London-based B2B SaaS innovator founded in 2020 that is actively redefining the global employee benefits market through AI.
• Experience high-impact variety, transitioning seamlessly between high-level brand strategy, marketing design, and product-focused UI/UX interaction workflows.

• Design and iterate on the  website and digital assets to drive user engagement and optimize conversion rates.
• Create high-quality sales enablement materials, including strategic pitch decks and presentation assets, to support global expansion efforts.
• Produce compelling social media graphics and creative content that communicate the company’s unique value proposition across all digital channels.

• Proven experience in brand and digital design, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup or creative agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in modern design tools with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles to think through complex user flows.
• Ability to work from the Holborn, London office at least 3 days per week to collaborate in a hybrid environment.
