• Prototype and test with AI
  :
  Explore new possibilities through discovery, rapid prototyping, and user testing—especially around how AI can simplify tasks or personalize experiences.

• Collaborate and influence
  :
  Partner across disciplines to align design outcomes with user needs, business goals, and AI capabilities.

• Champion design quality
  :
  Ensure every touchpoint (whether powered by AI or not) is cohesive, accessible, and human-centered.

• A track record of designing and shipping mobile‑first B2C products at scale, ideally in industries like security, fintech, health, or adjacent spaces.

• Strategic mindset with a keen sense of how design drives user value and business growth.

• Mastery of end‑to‑end product design: UX research, interaction, visual design, and systems thinking.

• A clear, compelling portfolio that demonstrates your design process and product impact.

• Deep user empathy and a belief in data-informed design decisions.

• Comfortable operating across time zones and cultures; experience with distributed teams is a plus.

• Experience designing for or alongside AI‑driven features—such as personalization, recommendations, or automation is a strong plus.

• Experience in cybersecurity or financial services is helpful, but curiosity and adaptability matter more.
