ServiceNow Solution Architect

Role Overview

The Service Now Solution Architect guides and owns the delivery of Service Now implementations by providing mentorship and thought leadership to both client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting.

Design, implement, and optimize IT service management solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices, often using platforms like Service Now.

You will ensure that the new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from the technical, business, user, and other views.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Sciences or equivalent work experience
• Certifications:
  
  CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM
• High‑level understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, API’s
• Architecting solutions experience in the Service Now platform
• Service Now scripting and JavaScript experience are required
• Angular JS, Soap, Rest, JSON, Ajax, CSS, SaSS, HTML5, SP Widgets, and XML are all desired
