Location: Greater London
Universal Music Group UK is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a 6-month contract in London. You will gather requirements from business users, write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and work with QA to ensure delivered software meets expectations.
You’ll collaborate across teams and mentor others in BA practices. The role requires experience with APIs and systems integration, a strong Agile background, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.
