Spiko is a Paris-based fintech founded in 2023 that empowers businesses of all sizes to access premium cash management products usually reserved for large corporations. Hundreds of companies already trust the platform to manage hundreds of millions of euros. This role serves as the first Conversion & Website Lead, tasked with turning spiko.io into the company’s highest-performing acquisition channel through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.

As a CRO & Website Lead at Spiko, you will analyze user behavior with GA4, heat mapping tools, and sales insights to build a deep understanding of customer journeys. You will own the full website roadmap, prioritize pages and redesigns, and manage delivery alongside design and engineering teams. Additionally, you will craft and execute high-impact experiments, manage tracking accuracy, and turn performance data into actionable improvements that accelerate growth.
