Role Overview

Join SAP’s Academy for Customer Success as a Solution Advisor, where you will support customers in discovering and implementing SAP solutions to achieve their business objectives.

• Complete a 10‑month program that provides foundational knowledge for a customer‑facing career at SAP.
• Engage in experiential learning with global peers and acquire business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies.
• Receive on‑the‑job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor and collaborate with customers to gain real‑world experience.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and innovation opportunities.
• Create and deliver high‑impact software demonstrations to position SAP over competitors.
• Support demand generation through marketing events and assist in proposal response for deal execution.

• 2–3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
• Hands‑on experience with relevant technologies and industry‑standard tools for solution delivery.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and a cooperative, productive approach to relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, use cases, and ethics for identifying business problems solvable with AI.
• Business acumen and knowledge of processes or industries.
• Proficiency in English for global collaboration.
• Curiosity, agility, and a passion for learning in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, project management, and creative thinking skills.
