BT Group is seeking a 3rd Line Network Support Specialist to join the Rolls Royce account, delivering lead technical support on complex network, security and cyber security deployments, incidents and projects, liaising with customer representatives, vendors and colleagues.
You will build strong relationships, drive KPIs and SLAs, and be eligible for UK Government security clearance to SC Eyes Only, with DV possible in future.
