Senior Business Intelligence Developer (Infor EPM v12 Cloud)

Based in London 2 days a week and at home 3 days

Salary up to £85,000

An established organisation is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with extensive experience of Infor EPM v12 Cloud to play a key role in the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of its enterprise reporting and performance management environment.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of financial and operational reporting processes. Working closely with finance teams, technical colleagues, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver robust reporting solutions, optimise system performance, and contribute to the strategic evolution of the organisation's analytics and planning capabilities.

• Design, develop, and maintain reporting, dashboard, and analytical solutions within the Infor EPM v12 Cloud platform.
• Enhance and optimise application structures, business rules, calculations, and multidimensional models.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical, functional, and performance-related issues.
• Develop and support data integration processes, including Data Lake implementations and associated workflows.
• Build and maintain API-based integrations between Infor EPM and third‑party business applications.
• Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency, stability, and scalability.
• Provide technical support for budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to translate reporting and planning requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Promote and maintain best practice in data quality, governance, security, and system administration.
• Act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and support to less experienced developers and support personnel.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to testing, release management, system enhancements, and platform upgrades.

• Demonstrable hands on experience with Infor EPM v12 Cloud in a development and support capacity.
• Strong background in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical applications within Infor EPM.
• Advanced knowledge of EPM modelling, business rules, application engine functionality, and associated platform components.
• Experience implementing and managing Data Lake solutions and related data management processes.
• Proven experience integrating applications through APIs, web services, or similar technologies.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities across application, performance, integration, and data‑related issues.
• Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver solutions within agreed timescales.

• Exposure to Infor Data Fabric and wider Infor technologies.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure data and integration services.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and enterprise data architecture.
• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms.
• Degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience in Computing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
