Define and deliver end‑to‑end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding design, integration, and governance.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design
:
Create architecture blueprints covering functional, technical, integration, and data domains.
Fit‑Gap Analysis
:
Align business requirements with platform capabilities, recommend optimal approaches.
Governance
:
Maintain architecture standards, conduct design reviews, and ensure risk alignment.
Delivery Leadership
:
Lead workshops, sprint planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Integration
:
Work with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Skills &

Qualifications:

8–10+ years implementing enterprise CRM solutions.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
Hands‑on with Dataverse (data modeling, security frameworks).
Experience in multi‑country rollouts and large‑scale implementations.
Proven ability in pre‑sales solutioning (RFIs/RFPs, proposals, estimations).
