- Define and deliver end‑to‑end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding design, integration, and governance.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry and business requirements.
- Solution Design
:
Create architecture blueprints covering functional, technical, integration, and data domains. - Fit‑Gap Analysis
:
Align business requirements with platform capabilities, recommend optimal approaches. - Governance
:
Maintain architecture standards, conduct design reviews, and ensure risk alignment. - Delivery Leadership
:
Lead workshops, sprint planning, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Integration
:
Work with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years implementing enterprise CRM solutions.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Hands‑on with Dataverse (data modeling, security frameworks).
- Experience in multi‑country rollouts and large‑scale implementations.
- Proven ability in pre‑sales solutioning (RFIs/RFPs, proposals, estimations).
