- Strong UX/UI design experience in complex data or enterprise products.
- Proven portfolio in data-visualization or analytics interfaces.
- Experience designing within Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma).
- User-research and usability-testing expertise.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Financial services or enterprise B2B experience (preferred).
- Lead UX research and design for relationship-manager (RM) dashboards and AI-driven interface
- Conduct user research and define end-to-end workflow
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design
- Ensure usability and alignment with Salesforce platform constraint
- Support usability testing and iterative design refinemen
