Senior IAM Business Analyst | Privileged Access Management (PAM) | Financial Services - Contract Belgium / France / UK | Hybrid (8 Days Onsite Per Month) | Long-Term Contract | Inside IR35 (UK Contractors via Umbrella)
We are partnering with a leading international financial services organisation embarking on a major transformation of its Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities. This is an opportunity to join a high-profile programme responsible for strengthening Privileged Access Management (PAM) governance, improving access controls and delivering sustainable identity processes across a complex, highly regulated enterprise. This isn’t a traditional Business Analyst role;
we are seeking someone who genuinely understands IAM and can bridge business stakeholders, security teams and technical delivery teams to design practical, compliant and scalable IAM solutions.
- Lead business analysis activities across Privileged Access Management initiatives
- Drive PAM governance, remediation and access control improvements
- Capture and document business and functional requirements
- Design As-Is and To-Be business processes using BPMN
- Produce high-quality functional specifications for technical delivery teams
- Work closely with Security, IAM, Infrastructure and Business stakeholders
- Support role modelling, RBAC, access reviews and recertification activities
- Develop user guides, quick reference materials and training documentation
- Support testing, implementation and successful business adoption
- Perform impact assessments and identify business risks
- Help define pragmatic solutions that balance governance, security and operational efficiency
- 5+ years' experience as an IAM Business Analyst or PAM Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management principles
- Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management governance
- Experience with Cyber Ark, SailPoint, Delinea, Beyond Trust or similar IAM/PAM technologies
- Strong understanding of RBAC, access certification, privileged account governance and least-privilege principles
- Excellent BPMN process mapping and business process documentation skills
- Experience writing BRDs, user stories, functional specifications and process documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
- Experience delivering within highly regulated environments such as Financial Services

This role is Inside IR35 for UK-based contractors. Contractors engaged in the UK must operate through an approved Umbrella Company.
