Wheely, a fast-growing, premium ride-hailing service, seeks a CRM & Loyalty Lead based in London to own the CRM function across email, push, and in-app channels for consumer and business segments.
You will develop CRM strategy, drive KPI improvements, integrate product launches into lifecycle programs, and work with Analytics, Product, Partnerships, Design and Engineering to optimize lifecycle campaigns. The role is office-based with four days in the office.
