Overview
Part‑time IT & Systems Manager role in a global marketing and advertising agency. Responsibilities include developing and managing IT and systems across European offices.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain IT infrastructure and systems across European offices.
- Coordinate multiple objectives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prioritise tasks and execute them efficiently within time constraints.
- Utilise Microsoft OS and macOS, Google Workspace, Word Press, Adobe, Zoom, and Chinese digital platforms such as Feishu, Lark, Hello Font, VooV, Alipay, Baidu Pan, and WeChat.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OS, macOS and related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with Chinese online platforms and a proven ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently.
Hours:
4 hours per day (part‑time).
