HANA Programme Manager

Contract – 12 Months UK with travel to Europe Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced S/4

HANA Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major SAP transformation programme for a leading healthcare organisation operating across the UK and Europe.

This 12-month contract will oversee the implementation of SAP S/4

HANA, including Central Finance (CFIN) and core SAP modules, ensuring successful delivery across multiple countries, business functions, and stakeholders.

• Lead the end-to-end S/4
  
  HANA programme, driving delivery across the UK and European business units.
• Manage programme governance, planning, budget, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Coordinate system integrators, SAP partners, and internal business and IT teams.
• Oversee the implementation of Central Finance (CFIN) and core SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology.
• Ensure effective change management, programme controls, and successful transition to business-as-usual.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong experience implementing SAP Central Finance (CFIN) alongside core SAP modules (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Experience managing complex, multi-country programmes across the UK and Europe.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills at executive level.
• Experience with in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
