Location: Greater London
Harvey is seeking a User Operations Specialist to join the frontline of our User Operations team. You will deliver empathetic and efficient support to enterprise customers, handling a range of technical and product-related issues including API access and authentication.
You will report to the User Operations Manager and thrive in a fast-moving environment. This role follows a fixed Friday–Tuesday schedule, with weekend coverage included as part of the standard five‑day workweek.
