Citi is hiring a Digital Assets Production Support & SRE Lead to own reliability for blockchain-connected platforms, wallets, and high-throughput processing systems. You will bridge engineering, operations and business teams to resolve complex challenges and improve stability.
Responsibilities include leading incident management, enhancing platform observability with tools like Splunk, Grafana and ELK, and mentoring junior engineers. Hybrid work up to 2 days from home per week is available.
