Red Cat Digital is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to cover maternity leave. You will lead a 15-strong team across Mar Tech and experimentation, driving personalisation and optimisation across web and app for a major travel business.
You will work with a separate Digital Product team to test hypotheses and inform the roadmap while presenting performance to senior leadership and aligning priorities across marketing, product, technology and operations.
