Senior DevOps Engineer - Boutique Hedge Fund

Overview

My client, a technology-first hedge fund, is seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join their London team.

The successful individual will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimising cloud infrastructure and application delivery pipelines within a on prem and cloud environment. You will partner closely with engineering teams to enable scalable, secure, and resilient solutions, with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement.

You should have deep hands‑on expertise across containerisation, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD, with a solid grounding in modern Dev Ops practices.
Experience with Python/Java/Go/C# is highly desirable.

• Kubernetes experience - K8s
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform; familiarity with Bicep is a plus
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Tekton and Azure Dev Ops
• Docker and containerisation best practices
• Git-based version control systems including Bitbucket and Git Hub
