NEW LOOK is seeking a BI Support Analyst to act as the first line of contact for business users interacting with the Enterprise Data Platform. You will help users access dashboards, reports, and self-service tools across Power BI and SAP Business Objects, while triaging data issues with the data engineering team.
You will work with Power BI developers and data teams to ensure timely issue resolution, monitor platform health and support routine report refreshes.
