Global Reporting Optimisation Manager

About The Role

The Global Reporting Optimisation Lead is a CBIA leadership position within the Business Intelligence Team. This role ensures the organisation is equipped with accurate and harmonised market and panel data across the enterprise and drives next‑generation performance reporting and analytics. It works cross‑functionally with markets, business units and enterprise functions, addressing complex data challenges and developing innovative solutions in the fast‑evolving data & analytics realm, including AI.

• Data Harmonisation and Integration:
  Lead the development, management and enterprise adoption of a harmonised data lake, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ope rationalise and scale data integration platforms.
• Reporting Strategy Development/Implementation:
  Develop new reporting solutions to ensure dissemination of insights across the business at all levels, including new data sources to improve diagnostics and analysis, advanced data management and visualisation capabilities, and team resources and process optimisations. Collaborate with cross‑functional data, business and commercial stakeholders to maintain consistency and a "one version of the truth" for senior stakeholders.

  Education:
  
  Promote the use of automated reporting tools, provide support, advice and training, recommend optimisation of existing reports and build new features and functionalities into new reports. Share knowledge, ideas and best practices with the CBIA team.
• Collaboration with Knowledge Centre:
  Work with the Knowledge Centre lead to manage the offshore team in India, ensuring the right scope of work, prioritisation and deliverable quality.

• Significant experience in market data management, business intelligence or market data analysis within a global organisation, ideally in FMCG or Healthcare.
• Proven track record of driving transformation in Business Intelligence and delivering data integration, harmonisation and visualisation projects using tools such as Power BI.
• Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks and familiarity with modern data technologies and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex global integration projects and problem‑solving with innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within fast‑paced, matrixed organisations, building effective relationships and influencing decision‑makers across geographies and functions.
