Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Functional SME - Financials - BPL

Join us as a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Functional SME
-Financials- BPL. This hybrid Oracle Fusion Financials SME role is designed for a seasoned professional with a demonstrable and extensive foundation in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, combined with Oracle EBS R12 implementation experience. You will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the System Integrator (SI), leading a Greenfield implementation to set up a new company from scratch.

• Leading requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders, translating business needs into Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
• SI Partner Oversight & Governance:
  Review and validate Functional Design Documents (FDD) and configurations to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Data Migration:
  Validate vendor and financial data migration from legacy systems to Fusion.
• Testing & Validation:
  Manage SIT and UAT, including defect management in collaboration with the SI partner.

• Hands‑on Oracle Fusion Financials configuration experience across core modules: GL, SLA, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Cash Management, AHCS.
• Extensive experience in Finance / Accounting systems with R2R domain expertise.
• Excellent accounting background (financial close, reporting, reconciliation, IFRS awareness).
• Ability to own BAU support, stabilisation, and continuous improvements post go‑live.

• Oracle EBS R12 exposure beneficial.
• Finance, accounting qualification and financial period end closure expertise.
• Integration with Oracle EPM, especially ARCS reconciliations.

Location:

London – our offices are located at 1 Churchill Place and 7 Westferry Circus (new BPL office).

Hybrid working pattern: 3 days per week office‑based presence expected.
