Working Hours:
Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2–3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.
Responsibilities- Learn and grow with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure, with support from experienced team members.
- Bring a curious, self‑driven attitude, always looking to pick up new tools, skills, and ways of working.
- Support the team in maintaining reliable and secure services by helping with SLOs, automation tasks, and CI/CD practices.
- Work alongside engineers from different teams to help build and maintain internal tooling across a variety of tech stacks.
- Assist with deployment pipelines and automated testing, helping us deliver software quickly and safely.
- Help implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting, giving teams the insight they need to keep systems healthy.
- You’ll help design and build our platforms, always keeping the customer experience in mind. You’ll be supported by more experienced engineers as you grow.
- You’ll learn how we use automation, SLOs and CI/CD to keep our systems reliable and secure, gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills develop.
- You’ll work with different teams to support and maintain tools across various languages and environments. You don’t need to know them all — just bring curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- You’ll get involved in improving deployment pipelines and automated testing so we can deliver services quickly, safely and consistently.
- You’ll support the setup of logging, monitoring and alerting to help teams understand how systems are performing and spot issues early.
