We're supporting an organisation embarking on a significant technology transformation and are looking for an experienced Head of IT Service Improvement to join on a two‑year fixed‑term contract.

Reporting to the Director of Information Services, you will act as a trusted delivery partner, leading a portfolio of strategic IT service improvement initiatives that strengthen operational resilience, improve service maturity and support long‑term technology transformation.

• Lead initiatives including ITIL 4 and IT Service Management improvement
• Cyber Security enhancement
• IT Disaster Recovery and Operational Resilience
• Supplier rationalisation and MSP transition
• Service governance and continual improvement
• Target Operating Model development
• Infrastructure and technology modernisation

• Experience delivering large‑scale IT service improvement and transformation programmes
• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Infrastructure transformation expertise
• Cyber Security knowledge
• Disaster Recovery experience
• Supplier and vendor management skills
• IT operating model or service improvement initiative experience
• Executive stakeholder management capability
• Delivery within complex or regulated environments
• Comfortable challenging constructively, influencing senior stakeholders and rolling up sleeves to drive delivery

• Up to £95,000 base
