The Senior Business Analyst - Finance & Actuarial at QBE Insurance plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This position involves analyzing complex business requirements, documenting detailed specifications, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of insurance, finance, and actuarial processes, who can translate business challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements.

You will support project planning, testing, and implementation phases, ensuring that system enhancements meet quality standards and deliver measurable outcomes. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance, with experience in finance or actuarial domains.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, process mapping, and data analysis is essential.
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and user stories, with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, process re-engineering, and business transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• A comprehensive understanding of IT systems, SLAs, and regulatory environments within insurance will be advantageous.
