Job DescriptionData Products Delivery Lead
- Director responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of data products, aligning with business objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of data solutions.
- Maintain the data product roadmap and prioritisation process for EMEA
- Collaborate to align Data Products delivery with the global strategy
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery within set parameters.
- Establish and embed governance controls including ownership, stewardship, lineage, metadata, and data quality requirements
- Coordinate approvals and reporting through relevant data governance and delivery forums
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, data, and technology teams
- Drive innovation in data product development and deployment strategies.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to stakeholders and team members.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of delivered data solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data product delivery.
A successful Data Products Delivery Lead
- Director should have:
- Proven experience in delivering data products within financial services.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of data product operating models
- Good knowledge of data quality, metadata, lineage, and control frameworks
- Expertise in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge relevant to data product development and integration.
- Understanding of AI, data tooling, and analytics ecosystems
- Knowledge of emerging trends and issues within the data landscape
- Competitive salary between £120,000 and £140,000, dependent on the level of experience.

- Permanent position based in London.
