We are seeking a visionary Team Leader to drive the evolution of Bloomberg’s Funds Data business globally. This is a leadership position at the intersection of finance, data science, and AI innovation.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for our Data products, shaping the next generation of data solutions. You’ll lead a high‑performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. You’ll champion AI‑driven transformation, Agentic AI approaches and be a partner to Clients in their AI and Cloud technology transformation.

• Lead innovation— inspire, mentor, and develop a team that leverages AI, analytics, and automation to re‑imagine data products and workflows.
• Drive growth in the Data business by defining a forward‑looking product strategy, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives, and executing with agility.

• 10+ years of experience in product management within financial data, analytics, or technology, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep understanding of global Funds markets and the Funds data landscape.
• Strong grasp of data science, MCP AI, and agentic automation concepts and how they transform financial data workflows.
• Proven track record of defining and executing innovative product strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent communication skills—able to articulate complex, technical concepts with clarity and influence across senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel globally as needed to engage with teams, clients and industry partners.

• Passion for AI innovation and the evolving landscape of agentic, intelligent data systems.
• Understanding of cross‑asset data models and quantitative integration.
• Exposure to client workflows across either Trading, Risk, regulation or sustainability.
• Experience with Python, R, or other data science and analytics programming languages.
