We're recruiting a Strategic Insight Director to lead a multidisciplinary team across Sales, Strategy, and Delivery at a rapidly scaling growth intelligence business. You'll own key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and turn data-driven insights into measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and develop Client Success and Insights teams
- Grow strategic accounts and expand revenue opportunities
- Translate campaign and brand performance data into actionable recommendations
- Partner with BD, Paid Media, Data Science, Product, and Operations teams
- Drive forecasting, reporting, and operational excellence
- Experience in insights, measurement, research, or data-led strategy
- Strong track record of managing and growing client partnerships
- Leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile ways of working is a plus
- Lead strategic partnerships for a market leader in marketing effectiveness
- Scope to progress rapidly
- Ownership of revenue, team performance, and client success
- Award-winning technology, industry-leading data, and strong growth ambitions
