We are currently partnering with one of our key Banking clients on a newly created leadership opportunity to shape (and execute) the future of Technology Resilience across a complex, enterprise-scale technology estate.

This is a high-profile role for an experienced technology leader who has successfully built and led resilience, production operations or service management functions within a highly regulated environment.

Reporting into senior technology leadership, you'll define and execute the Technology Resilience strategy across a global organisation, leading a team of approximately specialists responsible for ensuring critical technology services remain secure, resilient and available.

You'll establish and evolve a Centre of Excellence spanning:

• Production Operations
• Operational Resilience
• Service Continuity
• Disaster Recovery
• Incident, Problem & Event Management
• Enterprise Change & Release Management
• Service Acceptance & Operational Readiness
• Platform Governance & Automation

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Cyber Security and the Business, you'll help drive operational excellence while supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives and regulatory compliance.

• Technology Resilience / Operational Resilience
• Enterprise Production Operations
• Major Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure and/or Oracle Cloud)
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
• ITIL Service Management
• Leading large technical teams across complex global environments

Experience with in banking or another highly regulated industry would be highly advantageous, together with knowledge of modern resilience frameworks and regulations such as DORA.
