About Us
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP Success Factors & People Systems Manager to join a large-scale consumer-facing organisation undergoing significant transformation across its People Technology landscape. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the HR systems roadmap, leading a specialist People Systems team, and ensuring the organisation maximises value from its investment in SAP Success Factors.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of People Technology, supporting workforce transformation, delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across multiple HR systems and processes.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Systems specialists.
- Own the operational performance, governance and optimisation of SAP Success Factors.
- Drive the People Systems strategy and roadmap.
- Manage system upgrades, release cycles and enhancements.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, data quality and security controls.
- Develop reporting, analytics and workforce insight capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology and Operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Manage third-party suppliers and technology partners.
- Oversee a significant annual technology budget and licensing estate.
- Significant SAP Success Factors expertise across multiple modules.
- Proven experience leading HRIS, People Systems or HR Technology teams.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience managing large-scale system landscapes and vendor relationships.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams.
- Experience delivering system enhancements, implementations or transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Retail, consumer, healthcare, logistics or other multi-site operational environments.
- Success Factors certification.
- CIPD qualification.
- Experience supporting complex workforce populations.
- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
