£600-650 p/d - Outside IR35 - 6 month initial contract - highly remote - twice a month on site but ideally 1 day a week either Midlands or Manchester

We're working with a well-known UK Brand as they go through a large scale implementation of an Employee & Internal communication programme. We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a strategic Internal & Employee Communications Programme. This role will be responsible for defining and governing the architecture for enterprise communication platforms that enable effective employee engagement, operational communications, workforce collaboration, and critical business messaging across diverse employee populations.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end solution architecture on a new Employee communication, engagement, and workforce platform such as Staffbase, Workvivo, Blink, Work Jam, Zipline, and Zebra Technologies, ensuring seamless integration with the wider enterprise technology landscape.

This is a highly visible role requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, programme leadership, digital workplace teams, security, infrastructure, and vendor partners.
