Tik Tok Shop is looking for an Oncall Escalation Program Manager to lead regional service delivery in London. You will establish escalation SOPs, manage seller and creator inquiries, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams to ensure high CSAT and SLAs.
You will partner with QA & Training to coach agents, identify repeat issues, and develop plans to reduce escalations, improving the seller and creator experience on Tik Tok e-commerce.
