We're currently looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Payroll to join a major transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor (OTL) and Payroll solutions.
Design and configure time entry layouts, templates, and complex time calculation rules.
Configure time consumer sets and processing profiles.
Deliver and support OTL to Payroll integrations.
Integrate OTL with Project Costing / Project Ledger.
Gather business requirements and produce functional design documentation.
Support configuration, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor (OTL).
Time entry layouts and templates
Complex time calculation rules
Time consumer sets and processing profiles
OTL to Payroll integration
OTL integration with Project Costing / Project Ledger
At least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation as a Functional Payroll / OTL Consultant.
Experience across requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare.
Strong understanding of payroll processing cycles.
Knowledge of UK payroll legislation is highly desirable.
Experience with payroll reconciliation and costing.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong documentation skills, including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test scripts, and process flows.
Proven experience working on large-scale transformation programmes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly within complex timekeeping scenarios.
