We need a
** Senior Business Analyst
** with the curiosity, courage and craft to help shape it from day one.

You’ll sit at the heart of how we shape and deliver change, taking ownership of analysis activities across multiple projects and work streams providing assurance across a wider portfolio. This is a role requires a Senior Business Analyst who can self-manage, prioritise effectively, lead others and proactively drive activity forward without needing close direction. You’ll define the analytical approach, lead and coach other Business Analysts, set clear expectations, manage task progress and provide assurance across a wider portfolio of change.

You’ll be expected to identify risks, issues, dependencies and gaps early, ensuring these are clearly communicated, owned and resolved. Working closely with the business and our strategic partners, you’ll uncover problems worth solving, clarify desired outcomes and translate strategy into robust, well-governed solution designs.###

Key Responsibilities for this Role
* Shape the right way forward by identifying and comparing the most effective processes and delivery methods, measuring outcomes and using evidence to help the team agree the best approach
* Deeply analyse existing products, services and processes, uncovering optimisation opportunities and leading the definition of requirements using proven techniques such as gap analysis
* Turn insight into impact by using both quantitative and qualitative data to clearly define outcomes and inform solution design
* Get to the heart of complex challenges, investigating problems and evaluating options across new and existing products and services
* Drive confident decision‐making by presenting clear options and well‐reasoned recommendations, working closely with stakeholders to clarify objectives, unlock opportunities and articulate potential benefits
* Take ownership of analysis activity across multiple projects, initiatives or work streams, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery remains on track.
* Proactively manage competing demands, making informed decisions on sequencing, resource focus and where escalation is required.
* Lead other Business Analysts by setting clear tasks, expected outputs, quality standards and target dates.
* Track delivery progress across BA activities, ensuring actions, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions are actively managed.
* Provide constructive challenge to stakeholders, delivery teams and partners where requirements, outcomes, scope or solution options are unclear.
* Identify blockers early and escalate with clear recommendations, options and proposed next steps.
* Assure the quality of BA deliverables across the team, including problem statements, requirements, user stories, process maps, impact assessments and solution design artefacts.
